Fields of activity:

Since January 01, 2005, publicly traded companies must create their consolidated accounts in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Instead of disclosing accounts that comply with the German Commercial Code (HGB), large corporations can disclose accounts that comply with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Today, non-publicly traded companies must also prepare their consolidated accounts in accordance with IFRS. The higher information content in IFRS accounts can also provide corporate management with better decision-making support for the group executive board. IFRS accounts can also improve your balance sheet ratios and therefore your rating.
Our staff has many years of experience in supporting companies that balance their accounts in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). We attach particular importance to providing comprehensive support to our clients. We can help you to comply with your chosen financial reporting standards and achieve a better understanding of your asset, financial and profit situation. In the context of international financial reporting, we provide the following services in particular:

  • Preparation of annual accounts and interim accounts in accordance with IFRS
  • Auditing of annual accounts and interim accounts in accordance with IFRS
  • Purchase price allocation
  • Developing solutions to complex issues (for example, deferred taxes, leasing, financial instruments, impairment tests, hedging, etc.)
